Terms of purchase and privacy
1.1. The terms and conditions of sale of the self-employed Anu Vingisaar e-store (hereinafter: e-shop) (hereinafter: Terms and Conditions of Sale) are valid as the terms and conditions of sales agreements (hereinafter Sales Agreement or Sales Agreements) entered into when purchasing goods from the e-store at https://www.anuk.ee (hereinafter Website).
1.2. The seller of the goods is FIE Anu Vingisaar, registry code 12531122, address Kivikangru 17 Saue 76506, e-mail address anu@anuk.ee (hereinafter: Anuk).
1.3. In the case of a purchase transaction made from the website, the Sales Agreement is considered concluded between Anuk and the Buyer if the Buyer has submitted orders and paid the amount specified in the order to our bank account using various payment methods.
1.4. All our product images are authentic images of the products sold on the website, we do not use illustrative or product images taken from the web.
1.5. The time for fulfilling the order will be counted after the money is received in Anuk's bank account - the time for fulfilling the order is 3 working days for the products in stock. In other cases, the delivery time is indicated on the product sheet. In exceptional cases, we will notify the Buyer immediately by e-mail or, if possible, call the customer.
1.6. The goods are considered delivered after receipt of the goods at the destination indicated by the Buyer in the order, which may be a parcel machine or any address in Europe. If the courier has handed over the parcel or the customer takes the parcel out of the machine, all responsibility for the destruction of the goods passes to the Buyer.
1.7. If the goods do not meet the required conditions or are broken during transport, the customer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract immediately by notifying Anuk immediately. Withdrawal is based on sending a dated photo or video of defective or defective goods.
1.8. Anuk uses Itella, Omniva and TNT courier services across Europe for delivery.
2. Withdrawal from the sales contract
2.1 Withdrawal from the sales contract gives the customer the right to terminate the contract within 14 days. Returned products must not have been used and must have the characteristics of a new product delivered from us. If we receive the returned product from you, we will reimburse the cost but not the delivery costs from us to the buyer and the return delivery costs. We also do not reimburse the costs of payment systems. Products lost in transport will not be reimbursed.
2.2 If the value of the goods has decreased upon opening and inspection, Anuk has the right to take into account the decrease in the value of the goods with the normal value when returning the money.
2.3 We will refund defective or incorrectly shipped products where the product was different from the order, in case of their returns we would like to receive a short video or photos of the product as well as a proof of purchase.
2.4 Reimbursement includes only regular priced products, not special offers, products tailored to a specific customer.
3. Product Warranty
3.1 Anuk provides a 2-year warranty for the product. Guarantees are performed in 3kgroup's office in Tallinn. All transport costs necessary to send the goods for warranty repair shall be borne by the Buyer.
3.2 The warranty approach is based on prior communication with 3kgroup customer support, which allows errors to be detected remotely. Electronic means of communication and remote administration are used for this purpose.
3.3 The warranty does not apply to electrical damage and other environmental damage, such as moisture, extreme cold, physical injury, etc.
4. Processing of personal data and privacy.
4.1 Anuk uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the goods to the buyer. The online store transmits personal data to transport companies in order to deliver the goods.
4.2 Anuk does not use marketing cookies or use your web identity for marketing purposes. Only the web resources needed to maintain the session are available.
